DARE Tote, Back to School: 90's Edition Collection

This design is based on an educational school program, DARE. Drug Abuse Resistance Education is an education program that seeks to prevent use of controlled drugs, gangs, and violence. It was a HUGE in the 90's and I have memories of cops coming to school to talk to us about these important issues facing kids. I made this logo some of my favorite colors from the 90's.
